The front desk staff were very helpful and allowed us to check-in even though we were 3 hours early. We were most impressed by the hospitality of the GM David de Brito. He waited for us in the lobby while we had lunch and assisted us in getting transportation to the Jesus Statue. As it was the Lunar new year, we waited quite some time without success in getting a grab car. So when David saw the hotel van drive into the hotel, he got the driver to give us a lift! We had a very nice seafood dinner in the restaurant just across the road from the hotel recommended by David.

Good sized room, free covered parking. Good selection of food at the hotel, and there is a Lotteria across the road, that is less than a 5 minutes walk from the hotel that has a supermarket, highland’s coffee, KFC, hotpot restaurant, etc., The beach is about a 10 minute walk away, the hotel also provides a shuttle service to the beach that operates during the daytime hours. Swimming pool is nice, you can order food and drinks at the bar, and use the sauna and steam room as well.

This is my 5th stay at Pullman Vung Tau and its one of the best stay . We have enjoyed every moment of our stay during our 3 days stay and I would like to express my highest appreciation and gratitude to the wonderful staff and Duty Manager for making our stay most pleasant and joyful stay

The hotel seem to be like a new hotel. The design and decoration in the hotel and in the room are generally up to date and look nice. The layout of the room and utilization often space is well designed. The Sauna facility is good! It’s very near to the nearby beach.

Friendly staff, comfortable space and quiet. It is the first choice to introduce to my friends at any time. All will be no problem. Since I have stayed in all five-star hotels in this area, I will definitely arrange for my business clients or family members to choose pullman directly.

This is 5-stars hotel and a new building. I liked the design and hige size of the bathroom / shower / wardrobe area. Large room with comfortable working space. The lobby design and overall decoration is amazing.

Everything! One particular member of staff at the front desk, Phu, went to great lengths to make our stay, and in particular, one member of our group that had requested her assistance and she went up to and beyond to solve the problem. Great service. Please pass on our thanks to Phu.

Very good ! Hotel room really big ..especially bathroom. Staffs were patient and polite. Nice view and nice breakfast. Good location as it is near to night market and seaside. Hope to stay at Pullman again. Thank you !
